The role includes collecting and documenting feedback, reporting site issues, and ensuring clear communication between clients, site teams, and internal departments. Reporting to the Queensland Sales Manager, this full-time position operates out of our Brendale location working Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation aligned to our organisational goals. Ensure that product quality and design levels are of a high standard in all instances, including quick and speedy resolution of any outstanding issues. Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Ability to assist and support customers, specifically at a site supervisor and carpenter level. Accurately interpret architectural and engineering plans. Ensure customer service standards are maintained and all problems and/or complaints are dealt with promptly. To be successful in this role, you will require the following: Carpentry and construction supervisor experience critical. Proactive and self-motivated mindset. A natural ability to build rapport with people from varying backgrounds. Determined and goal oriented. Strong competency to use computer systems efficiently and accurately, including use of customer data base, Microsoft office suite, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
