DIVTEC Training College (DIVTEC) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) regulated by Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and has been supporting the community through training for over 10 years. DIVTEC is a boutique RTO that provides specialised training in community care, individual support, disability as well as allied health. We offer traineeships and provide a High School pathway program to prepare students to be ‘job ready’ when leaving Year 12. We are seeking a passionate and qualified health Trainer to join our dynamic team. What we can offer you: Full-Time role - Commencing July 2025 A friendly, positive and supportive team environment Access to further education to develop your skills further Some work from home capabilities when not in class and after probationary period You will bring: Hold a TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher, or a previous version, or desire to complete this qualification Hold a minimum of Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or Certificate II in Health Support Services. At least 3 years of experience in delivering vocational education and training in health-related subjects (desirable). Have demonstrable industry experience in the Health Industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have an effective and flexible training delivery style that delivers positive outcomes across disadvantaged and culturally diverse clients with a priority focus on quality. Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Student Management Systems (training will be provided if it not familiar). A current drivers license and own transport. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging vocational education and training programs in the Certificate II Health Support Services and Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance to schools and workplaces. Assess student learning and progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure successful course completion. Mentor and guide students, helping them achieve their career aspirations. Collaborate with industry partners to ensure our students transition smoothly into their chosen careers. Mark and grade student assessments and provide constructive feedback. Work with other Health and Aged Care and Disability organisations to assist students to placements and employment. Be able to deliver engaging interactive training to various student cohorts in an online, classroom or workplace setting. Renumeration: The base rate for this position is upwards of $75,000 per annum plus superannuation (negotiable based on skills and experience if you already have your TAE) All applicants must be willing to provide the required industry background checks and clearance.
