A bit about your role As the Senior Manager People & Culture Business Partnering, you will be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, playing a critical role in shaping and delivering people strategies that enable business success. Embedded within your assigned business units, you will work closely with executive stakeholders to understand their commercial drivers and workforce challenges, providing integrated, forward-thinking solutions that support transformation, performance, and engagement. This role is deeply collaborative, requiring you to partner across functions and portfolios to identify enterprise-wide opportunities and deliver integrated solutions. You will bring clarity to complexity, translating insights into actionable strategies that support change, drive performance, and foster a culture of inclusion and innovation. Your work will be instrumental in guiding nbn through transformation and growth, ensuring our people are empowered and our business is future-ready. A bit about you You are a seasoned HR professional with a strong generalist background and deep experience in strategic business partnering. With extensive experience in human resources and working closely with senior leadership, you bring a confident, empathetic approach to stakeholder engagement and decision-making. You are commercially astute and data-driven, whether you are managing change, resolving complex issues, or guiding long-term workforce planning. Your ability to simplify complexity and influence outcomes is matched by your curiosity and drive to make a meaningful impact. You thrive in large, matrixed environments and are energised by the opportunity to coach, guide, and challenge constructively.
