About the role As the Partnership Programs Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing the TAC’s road safety and community initiatives through strategic sponsorships. You'll manage sponsorships that foster deeper audience connections and drive behaviour change, aligning with the Victorian Government’s Road Safety Strategy 2021-2030. With a focus on collaboration, you’ll manage contracts, negotiate benefits and ensure successful delivery, all while maximising the TAC’s impact across Victoria. About the Team This role will be a part of our Sponsorships Team, which is part of the Marketing, Sponsorships and Engagement Branch within the Community Division. The team is responsible for managing TAC sponsorship and activation activities, fostering partnerships, and promoting road safety messages. You will be supported by a Manager who encourages collaboration, provides regular one-on-one sessions, and empowers creative autonomy while offering guidance as needed. Working closely with a friendly and inclusive team of five creative professionals, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment where mutual support and innovation are valued, and regular meetings ensure alignment on key initiatives. What we’re looking for Stakeholder and Sponsorship Management You’ll excel at building and maintaining constructive relationships with partners, creative agencies, and media, ensuring smooth delivery of initiatives. Your negotiation and advocacy skills will drive collaboration and help align competing priorities to achieve project goals. Project and Campaign Management Your proven ability to manage campaigns or projects, from planning and goal setting to implementation and through to evaluation, is crucial. You’ll involve internal teams, monitor performance, track objectives, and provide actionable insights to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement in partnership activities. Effective Communication, Brief Writing and Reporting With excellent oral and written communication skills, you’ll ensure all governance processes are adhered to and present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.
