About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic HR Business Partner to join our head office team based in Arundel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, a proven track record of building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation, and the ability to drive HR strategies that contribute to the overall success of the business. Oversee the end-to-end employment lifecycle for all team members. Provide specialised advice and guidance to the Leadership team on a wide range of industrial relations and employment law issues including award and legislation interpretation. Support the Leadership team throughout the annual performance review and remuneration review processes. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction. Maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential employee records through Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Direct and coordinate all employee relations activities such as workplace health and safety, award updates, and reward and recognition. Actively contribute to reducing WorkCover claims in conjunction with the Executive Leadership team. Ensure monthly HR reports communicate accurate information about the performance of the business in accordance with company goals. Develop, implement, and maintain all HR policies and procedures in compliance with the relevant legislation. Analyse training needs and develop a training and development framework to support these needs. Measure, track, report and analyse trends of key HR metrics to enable informed decision making. Implement change management and organisational development strategies. Support Leaders to manage performance management concerns. Keep abreast of industry trends and legislation updates. About You: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field. Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of an organisation. Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills. Perks/Benefits: Join a team like no other!
