Key Requirements: Apply experimental and analytical techniques or conduct R&D activities to develop capabilities for vulnerability assessment. Apply expert knowledge, principles and techniques in RF measurement, test instrument control and/or engineering in complex RF based laboratory experimentation. Apply expert knowledge in the analysis of semiconductor devices, failure analysis tools and techniques and assured hardware design in RF systems.
