The Role As Associate Director, you'll work with various Australian and global clients in financial services and critical infrastructure. Leveraging emerging technologies and innovative methodologies, your deep understanding of each client's unique landscape will be key to applying your technical expertise and delivering impactful outcomes. Areas of focus include: Deliver high-impact technology consulting services to clients. Identify technology risks and improvement areas in detailed, high-quality reports. Manage client engagements, including risk assessments, budgeting, and reporting. Advise senior stakeholders on technology, continuity, disaster recovery, and compliance. Develop roadmaps, lead workshops, and produce strategic reports. Identify compliance obligations, assess control gaps, and recommend remediation. Provide expertise on regulatory requirements related to operational risk and resilience, including CPS 230. Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. Proven experience designing and implementing resilience frameworks, target operating models, and policies in complex environments. Skilled in conducting business impact analyses, crisis simulations, and resilience testing with senior stakeholders. Led teams in maturity and gap assessments, delivering actionable roadmaps and improvement plans. Demonstrated ability to contribute to revenue growth by leveraging your network, identifying new opportunities, and expanding services with existing clients.
