You'll be interviewing chefs, waitstaff, concierges, kitchen hands, and more-both one-on-one and in group skills assessments. You'll also lead company inductions and play a role in delivering training programs that help our team members grow into senior and leadership roles. About You You've worked in hospitality at a senior level and have had hands-on responsibility for hiring or team development. You're comfortable assessing skills and experience across a broad range of hospitality roles. You're highly organised , process-driven, and have strong attention to detail. You're confident communicating with groups and individuals-whether it's an interview, a company induction, or a site check-in. You're passionate about finding and nurturing great people, and you want to make a real impact. What You'll Do Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines across multiple roles and service types Maintain active talent pools with job-ready candidates aligned to current and forecasted demand Conduct structured interviews and group-based assessments Accurately capture candidate skills and experience to support internal staffing decisions Deliver company inductions and uphold consistent onboarding standards Support staff development by helping to create and deliver internal training programs Visit client sites to check in with staff and ensure expectations are being met Identify potential future leaders and communicate their progress to the broader team The Role This is a full-time, in-office role based in Sydney. You'll work closely with a broader operations team, staying responsive to booking volumes and ensuring our candidate pool is always ready to meet demand.
