The role: Our Centre Management team isrecognised as a leader in delivering top-tier management to a national retaillandlord with centers across Australia. In this exciting role, you will overseea shopping centre in Murray Bridge. The role involves establishing andmaintaining strong, positive relationships with retailers and ensuring thetrading environment is well presented, safe and an inviting destination forcustomers. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the client inadministering the requirements of leases and licenses Managing and keeping tenancyschedules accurate Assist in the preparation ofannual income and expenditure budgets Manage and maintain bankguarantees Regular centre inspection toensure the highest level of presentation Monitor and follow up anymaintenance related queries and works Establish strong relationshipswith occupiers including managing any complaints Provide CAPEX recommendations tothe FM team Provide marketing and promotionalactivity support Arrears management Monthly financial reporting Expense forecasting Who are we looking for?
