Our sister company is ready to commit 300 containers in year one, giving us immediate volume and a solid platform to build from. Now we’re looking for the right person to set up and run this new arm of the business. If you’re a licensed Australian Customs Broker with hands-on freight experience and the drive to take ownership of something from day one, this is your role. What You’ll Be Doing: Selecting and implementing a freight/customs system (CargoWise, Expedient, etc.) Setting up internal operations, workflows, and compliance processes Pricing customers and managing end-to-end shipments (mainly FCL imports) Negotiating with shipping lines and securing competitive rates and space Managing client relationships from first quote through to delivery Ensuring all customs documentation and clearances are 100% compliant Helping shape the long-term growth of the brokerage What We’re Looking For: Licensed Customs Broker (Australia) – Essential Strong background in international freight forwarding and customs clearance Confident in system selection and operational setup Skilled negotiator with the ability to secure carrier deals and space Client-focused communicator with a commercial mindset Motivated to grow a new business arm with autonomy and long-term potential Why Join Us?
