We’re seeking a commercially minded CFO to lead financial strategy, support expansion, and ensure operational excellence across the group. The Role As CFO, you will report directly to the Director and act as both a strategic partner and execution lead. You will drive financial performance, manage group risk and funding, and help shape the group’s next phase of growth with clear, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Lead all finance functions across the group, including financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cashflow control. Oversee divisional P&Ls and establish financial discipline aligned with operational heads. Drive cashflow forecasting, scenario modelling, and liquidity management to support growth and resilience. Source and structure debt to fund property acquisitions and developments. Build and maintain group dashboards for real-time visibility across all business units. Provide financial input into land acquisitions, construction investments, and new ventures. Support due diligence and integration processes for acquisitions and corporate structuring. Help transition the business from founder-led to a scalable platform “under management.” You Bring Experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a construction, property, or multi-entity environment. Strong capability in cashflow forecasting, funding strategy, and operational finance. Strategic mindset with a bias for clarity, speed, and commercial impact. Comfort working directly with a founder and adapting in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Bonus: CA/CPA qualified, experience with private capital or property syndicates.
