The Position As the Customer Service Manager, you will lead the customer service function and oversee day-to-day operations, with a focus on developing a high-performing team and driving service excellence across the organisation. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will manage a small, dedicated team and be responsible for the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensuring all customer interactions are handled with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.
