This is a remote position. Job description: Key Responsibilities : Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for AEM implementations. Solution Design: Working with developers and designers to ensure requirements align with AEM capabilities and designing solutions that meet business needs. Documentation: Creating detailed documentation such as user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes. Stakeholder Management: Communicating project progress, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders and managing expectations. Testing and Quality Assurance: Assisting with testing efforts by defining test scenarios and reviewing test cases. AEM Expertise: Utilizing expertise in AEM to guide development, configuration, and content management within the platform. Agile Practices: Working within Agile development methodologies, potentially participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Training and Support: Providing training and support to business users on AEM functionality. Essential Skills and Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst and 3 years on Adobe Experience Manager projects. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with solution teams and technology experts Proficiency in creating detailed documentation for AEM solutions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum). Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and workflows. Adobe certification in AEM is a strong plus.
