The ACT Public Sector Work Health Safety and Wellbeing team within Work Safey Group is seeking a leader to oversee the delivery of a number of complex projects and lead initiative to improve WHS for employees across the ACTPS. As the senior director during this period your focus will be on Oversight of the implementation of the whole of government psychosocial safety climate action plan. Oversee an analysis of WHS risk management approaches used in the ACTPS with a view to streamlining and strengthening risk management approaches and understanding. Ensure corrective actions to address the whole of government WHSMS audit results are delivered on time. Consider and identify actions for improvement of the SafetyPortal incident reporting system from the annual review report. Support team members to continue business as usual.
