As the Customer Relationship Manager you will drive strategic client engagement processes to establish and maintain high quality relationships with Corporate Enterprise Solutions' customers and external suppliers. You will develop, monitor, and enhance customer relationships as well as customer management strategies, processes, and systems, including improvement projects, to ensure opportunities are maximized and customer service is coordinated across Corporate Enterprise Solutions. Additionally, you will negotiate and manage strategic partnerships between Corporate Enterprise Solutions and its customers, overseeing performance monitoring and resolving any issues that arise. About you We are searching for someone who: Demonstrated high level negotiation, consultation and interpersonal skills to effectively develop and manage business and customer relationships to deliver quality service. Demonstrated highly developed research and critical evaluation skills, and a sound understanding of the key issues facing Corporate Enterprise Solutions. Understanding of customer service excellence and relationship management within a service delivery environment. Demonstrated ability to design and implement customer-focused processes leading to improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness. High-level demonstrated ability in the compilation, management, evaluation and reporting of a service catalogue in a large complex service delivery environment (including definition and mapping of services and identification of client expectations).
