We are seeking a team member to come support supplying the stores with POS materials and promotional ticket processes. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately printing, picking and packing orders to be sent out to our store network. You’ll also learn how to check and prep tickets for promotional events, including price changes. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick products from Mezzanine shelves according to order sheet. Verify product, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy. Carefully pack items to prevent damage during transit, utilizing appropriate packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.). Prepare orders for shipment, including labelling and staging for dispatch. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., trolleys). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required. Adhere to all company safety procedures and OHS guidelines. Report any discrepancies or damaged products to the NVM manager. Review tickets to ensure accuracy of information, including SKU, Pricing, Event information Learn how to data merge with excel CSV data files and Indesign Data Merge process. To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move packages up to 20kg.
