Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships across the APAC region. This role is ideal for a logistics professional with deep expertise in ocean and/or air freight , a strong commercial mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts across APAC, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Develop tailored logistics solutions in collaboration with operations, pricing, and customer service teams. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across freight modes and value-added services. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, resolving issues and ensuring service excellence. Monitor account performance, prepare business reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on account strategies and execution. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting freight operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Strong knowledge of ocean and/or air freight operations, pricing, and trade lanes. Proven ability to manage complex accounts and deliver commercial results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus. Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
