ABOUT THE POSITION Your position may include the following responsibilities: Assisting with the configuration and deployment of networking hardware, particularly Ubiquiti products. Participating in the planning and documentation of a large-scale hotel WiFi and networking rollout. Overseeing delivery and installation tasks performed by outsourced vendors, ensuring standards and timelines are met. Supporting the transition of infrastructure documentation and project insights to the internal support team. Conducting basic testing, troubleshooting, and performance checks of networking setups. Assisting in the evaluation of current infrastructure and proposing enhancements or future improvements. Gaining exposure to future areas such as IT Business Analysis, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, and Data Analysis, as part of the company's broader Managed Services vision.
