This opportunity offers operational ownership of an entire theatre floor — aligned to your clinical strengths — within a 16-theatre complex, supported by a Level 3 ICU and hybrid surgical technologies. Your Impact: As Perioperative Services Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Clinical Services and work closely with the executive and clinical leadership teams to: Lead large multidisciplinary teams across scrub/scout, anaesthetics, recovery, CSSD, and theatre admin Drive theatre efficiency, patient flow, and scheduling optimisation Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and performance across your floor Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards Foster a culture of collaboration, compassion, and continuous improvement What’s In It For You?
