They are passionate about empowering individuals and families to achieve their lifelong education goals. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Adviser Care Associate to join their dynamic team and provide top-tier support to Financial Advisers and Investors. What your day will look like: Educate Financial Advisers on our client’s financial products and how they support education funding. Provide general financial advice to direct investors and refer complex queries to Business Development Managers. Manage leads and follow up with Financial Advisers and Investors to guide them through applications. Deliver high-quality customer service via inbound and outbound calls. Assist Financial Advisers and Investors with portal navigation and online application processes. Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM. Support operational processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations. What you’ll bring to the role: ✔ RG146 Accreditation (or willingness to obtain). 3 years of experience in financial services (Wealth, Investments, or Insurance preferred). Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. A self-starter with exceptional time management and organisational skills.
