The Opportunity This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll gain exposure across all facets of leasing from high-volume retail and commercial leasing matters to large-scale leasing portfolios for major institutional clients, developers, and national tenants. You’ll be part of a collaborative and approachable national team with a Brisbane base that advises on leasing strategy, due diligence, portfolio management, and complex negotiations across sectors. Job scope Drafting and reviewing retail, commercial, and industrial lease documents, including agreements for lease, renewals, and variations Coordinating lease execution and managing key dates across national leasing portfolios Liaising directly with clients, landlords, tenants, and external stakeholders to progress matters efficiently Supporting senior lawyers with due diligence and preparation of lease summaries for property transactions Maintaining accurate records, document management, and matter tracking across multiple jurisdictions Why Join This Team?
