This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical, commercially minded professional to join a high-performing team, supporting financial and investment decisions across the full lifecycle of property projects and investment funds. Funds & Investment Support Maintain and enhance financial models for both active and prospective investments Assist in monitoring fund performance and preparing investor reports Support quarterly and annual fund reporting, including financial and operational insights Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis Development & Project Analytics Provide commercial support to development teams through cost forecasting, budgeting, and feasibility analysis Conduct IRR/NPV modelling, residual land valuations, and cashflow projections Collaborate with Development Managers, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure accurate financial tracking across projects Support due diligence on new acquisitions, including legal and planning reviews Capital & Debt Management Assist with structuring and documenting capital raising initiatives and debt facilities Liaise with external advisors during transaction execution Maintain lender communication packs, covenant tracking, and repayment schedules Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement Prepare and present financial updates to senior stakeholders Consolidate project cashflows and forecasts for internal reporting Assist in auditing contracts and ensuring compliance with procurement standards and agreements Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a property funds, investment analysis, valuation, or development finance Experience in mixed-use residential or commercial projects preferred Advanced in Excel and financial modelling (DCF, feasibility, sensitivity testing) Strong commercial acumen and sound understanding of property markets, capital structuring, and financial reporting About you: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Clear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally Highly organised with attention to detail and accuracy Self-driven, adaptable, resilient, and collaborative To Apply Please click on “Apply for this job” below to send your resume for consideration.
