We are actively recruiting for a General Manager to join the team and play an integral role in the strategic growth and transformation of the business. As the General Manager your core duties will include: Drive business transformation, instilling structure, systems, and accountability across departments. Lead strategic repositioning efforts to enable direct engagement with key customers and new markets, moving beyond traditional supply channels. Build internal capability by mentoring staff, strengthening leadership across departments, and creating a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustained profitability and operational efficiency. Strengthen customer relationships, by taking a hand on approach to negotiations and business development efforts. Champion a safety-first, quality-driven culture while maintaining urgency, adaptability, and high delivery standards. Your professional background will include: A background in wear material OEM, Mining Maintenance Engineering, fabrication or heavy industrial manufacturing environments. A proven track record operating as a Senior Manager in the Australian Mining & Engineering space. Experience leading transformational change. Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility and demonstrated client-facing success. Familiarity with mine site requirements, site inductions, and engineering standards relevant to fixed plant infrastructure for Australian mining.
