We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our high-performing finance team. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, business cases, and scenario analysis. Maintain pricing and financial data to support reporting, compliance, and internal controls aligned with AASB standards. Produce pricing reports, dashboards, P&L summaries, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. Provide commercial and operational insights to stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams. Support pricing strategy through margin analysis, price reviews, and recommendations to drive profitability. Continuously improve reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems. About You Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. 2-5 years' experience in financial analysis, pricing, commercial finance, or management accounting. Strong to advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, dashboards, nested formulas, Power Query, and ideally VBA/macros. Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, or ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero) is a bonus. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
