Site The Role We are seeking a proven Construction Manager for a long term opportunity to locally lead the safe and efficient execution of SMP, and E&I construction works based in Portland, Victoria. Trade or Engineering background (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical) Project Management qualifications (desirable) Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction management / supervision and general project engineering in industrial/brownfield settings. Prior experience in aluminium, smelting or heavy industrial plants essential. Team leader demonstrating focus, enthusiasm, sensitivity, mentoring and coaching qualities Proven capability in managing brownfield upgrades and live plant interfaces. Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrates effective delegation and team development with a focus on productivity and project integration Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and coordinate multiple crews in various field locations Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and interface with client stakeholders Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
