We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Service Employee with experience in logistics and basic equipment maintenance to join our team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations, inventory management, and performing minor servicing/repairs on access equipment (e.g., scissor lifts, boom lifts). Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods (equipment, parts, and tools) in the warehouse. Organize and maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Conduct basic maintenance and servicing of AWP equipment (e.g., inspections, lubrication, minor repairs). Assist with equipment readiness checks and report major faults to the service team. Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely (certification preferred). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Follow company safety policies and compliance standards. Requirements 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field. Basic mechanical/technical skills (ability to perform minor equipment servicing). Familiarity with AWP equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts) is a plus . Forklift license (preferred but not mandatory; training provided). Ability to use inventory/WMS software and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
