Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our growing team at My Therapy Groups. In this role, you’ll work with children, adolescents, and adults to help them build the skills needed for daily living, learning, and participation. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment that values your growth and impact. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive functional assessments. Develop and implement tailored therapy and intervention plans. Support clients with physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial challenges. Assist clients in achieving greater independence in self-care, education, and community participation. Maintain clear and accurate documentation and reports. Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals. Essential Criteria: Ability to work 38 hours per week. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High-quality report writing and documentation. Client-focused approach with a strengths-based mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications and Requirements: Full registration with AHPRA. Working with Children Check (WWCC). NDIS worker screening check Victorian Police Check. Australian driver’s license.
