As the Digital Marketer for CRM & Web across ANZ, UK & Canada, you'll bring campaigns to life across email, push and web, working closely with a collaborative and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: CRM Campaign Management Build and deploy CRM campaigns (one-off and lifecycle journeys) in Iterable, following the campaign calendar and technical direction Segment audiences via Hightouch, create and manage tracking links, and support QA across devices and platforms Create and manage tracking links (deep links) for email and push notification campaigns. Use basic HTML to assist with email builds from Figma designs, set up A/B tests, and report on campaign performance Web Content Implementation & Builds Update and build landing pages using Builder.io and Contentful, translating Figma designs into functional web content QA content across web environments, create tracking links, and monitor performance through GA4 Ensure content accuracy, maintain brand alignment, and support SEO enhancements and organic optimisation What Experience Will You Bring? 3 years' experience in digital marketing or CRM execution Hands-on experience with platforms like Iterable, Mailchimp, Braze, or similar Exposure to HTML, audience segmentation, and CMS platforms (Builder.io/Contentful ideal) A sharp eye for detail, great organisation, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks A collaborative, can-do attitude with a desire to grow in CRM and web Application Process: If you are interested in this position or know someone who is, please click the appropriate link to apply.
