Job Description The opportunity. This is truly a unique opportunity to design and deliver creative learning programs that directly influence the success of our front-line employees, this is your chance to bring your previous banking experience to an organisation where you can really drive change. We are seeking an energetic and creative learning partner, to join our team of 2, who will solely focus on uplifting the capability of our national Branch Network. Our front-line teams are diverse, geographically dispersed and are the face of our business, serving our members and supporting the defence community. This role will enhance and deliver our learning programs and develop frameworks in line with our broader bank strategy. A genuine partnering role where you will work closely with SMEs, and front-line managers nationally, to understand opportunities and support the successful onboarding experience for all new branch employees. Your new responsibilities: Virtual and face to face facilitation and continuous improvement of the Sales and Service program Develop and maintain the Branch Capability framework, including the regular review and assessment Supporting branch leaders to coach with confidence Liaise with key SMEs to build bitesize product, lending and systems training that increases the speed to competence for our new employees and continues to develop the capability of our established team members. Play a role in attending interviews, assessing shortlists and supporting the branch leaders to onboard employees, contributing to a positive experience in their first 6 months with us. Support the facilitation of Corporate Induction Report on ROI of programs and liaise with third parties to ensure a smooth experience for our teams. Desired Skills and Experience About You You are passionate about solving problems through the power of learning and curious to understand our banks history. You have been working with another bank and are looking for the opportunity to break away and join a business where you can have real impact. You’re excited by new technology and e-learning innovations and how you can utilise your understanding of branch life to deliver critical role-based training, that’s unique. You will have experience in a front-line banking role , lending or customer service centre that you can draw on You are passionate facilitator with an ability to pivot between coaching and teaching You have designed end-to-end learning programs and have proven experience in reporting on ROI You will be creative, brave and resilient when working through challenges with a passion for people and serving our members You ideally have experience using Articulate 360, and ELMO or a similar learning platform You will understand the value of cross functional collaboration and be comfortable working with leaders and employees alike You have a creative flare and give high attention to detail You can work as part of a team and contribute to being a team player.
