About the Role: As a Data Analyst, you will: Assist in collecting, organising and visualising data from various sources (internal systems, databases, and external data providers). Clean, pre-process, and structure raw data to ensure it is accurate and usable for analysis. Perform data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights using various campaign and other data Create reports and visualisations to communicate identified trends and patterns to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. About You: To succeed in this role, you will have: Proficiency enterprise business intelligence software, statistical analysis and data manipulation tools like SAS, Excel (advance functions) Proficiency with data visualisation tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Understanding of statistical analysis methods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams. Understanding of campaign analytics, minimum knowledge of how a campaign is run Ability to analyse complex data sets and identify patterns to optimise timetabling processes. Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives through ambiguity. A high degree of self-motivation, time management, critical thinking, adaptability to changing needs and independently managing multiple tasks. Demonstrating flexibility in response to evolving needs and changing priorities.
