Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate community access programs, services, activities and experiences Proactively network, attend and organise events to grow the program Lead and manage the Community Access team, providing guidance and support to staff Collaborate with clients, families, and external stakeholders to assess needs and identify opportunities for community participation Ensure programs are person-centered and tailored to meet the unique goals of each participant Track program engagement data while adhering to policies and procedures Requirements Proven experience with CAS disability support Certification in Community Services, Disability Support, or a related field (Desired) Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team Experience in developing and implementing strategies that promote community engagement and inclusion Knowledge of the NDIS framework and community resources available to individuals with disabilities Current first aid and CPR certification Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends may be required Remuneration: Access to salary sacrificing benefits Benefits Employee Assistance Program - Counseling Training & Development Opportunity for Growth and Developments Work for a Company that Values their Employees Great Incentive Programs
