We’re seeking two motivated and people-focused Production Coordinators to join our growing team in Seven Hills. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and creating structure in a dynamic work environment. The shift times are either 7.30am to 3.36pm or 8am to 4.06pm In this role, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes for a key client, while also supporting a team of supported employees to reach their daily employment goals. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our production floor running smoothly and with purpose. What you’ll do: Take charge of daily production planning: organising, prioritising, and assigning tasks to ensure timelines and standards are met. Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing work, ensuring everything is tracked, processed, and delivered on time. Act as a key point of contact for our client, providing clear updates, handling queries, and ensuring a responsive and professional experience. Support and motivate our team of supported employees, promoting a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace. About you: You're a natural organiser with a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with people. Whether you're managing deadlines or solving unexpected challenges, you keep a cool head and a focus on solutions You’ll bring: Experience in coordination, customer service, or operational roles, ideally in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail A proactive and inclusive approach to supporting people with disability First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Why join us?
