In this on-site team leader role, you'll manage our Kit Build operations team and support the broader pick-pack team as needed. What you'll do - Lead a high-performing team of full-time employees and contractors - Drive performance in our Kit Build and Distribution Centre teams - Direct daily workflow, make quick decisions and keep things moving - Coach and develop your team to succeed - Ensure accurate, on-time delivery of products to our customers What you'll bring - Experience in warehousing, logistics or operations - 1-3 years of operational leadership experience - A hands-on, lead-by-example approach - Natural energy and the ability to motivate others - Strong communication and prioritisation skills - A passion for creating a positive team culture Why Join us?
