Job Description Greencross Vets Robina Village is a leading veterinary clinic dedicated to providing exceptional pet care services in Robina and the surrounding areas. Our clinic includes 2 spacious consult rooms, surgical theatre, Xray, Ultrasound and separate cat and dog wards. Due to our size, this clinic would suit a first time or experienced manager alike! Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and our dedicated team of veterinary professionals. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of veterinary professionals and support staff Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes exceptional patient care and client satisfaction Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance Ensure compliance with veterinary standards and regulations Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns promptly Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction Financial Management: Work closely with the regional management team to achieve financial targets and budgets Monitor and manage clinic financial performance, including invoicing and accounts receivable (It's okay if you have never seen a P&L before - We will teach you!) Marketing and Community Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients Engage with the local community to build awareness of the clinic's services Qualifications and Skills: Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (Desirable but not essential) Proven experience in a managerial role or senior nurse role within the veterinary industry (1-2 years at least is ideal) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of veterinary practice operations and industry regulations Business acumen and financial management skills Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service Ready to make waves and put your best paw forward?
