The ideal candidate will thrive on: Overseeing all client care, nursing and clinical services Being highly engaged in customer experience and client loyalty activities, clinic service streams, local area marketing, digital services, social media and feedback Managing the financial performance of the clinic, stock control, payroll and budgets Leading on work health and safety compliance, facilities, equipment and maintenance Fostering positive culture, team development and communication strategy Building strong relationships with our community, strategic partners and suppliers Enjoying projects and being a change champion Working in partnership with the Lead Vet, Regional Manager and PM peers Joining a great team that love what they do Our practice managers enjoy development and training support in all these areas, where you can grow your nursing and leadership career.
