The role The Business Process Improvement Project Officer is responsible for leading and supporting initiatives that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of process across the early childhood education and care services regulatory functions. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement, supporting digital transformation and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. About you You will ;ead and manage business process improvement projects from initiation through to implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. You will analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, and recommend and implement improvements using structured methodologies You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, map workflows, and co-design improved processes. You will facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to support adoption of new processes. You will monitor and report on project progress, outcomes, and benefits realisation. You will support the integration of digital tools and systems that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. About us We are the independent statutory authority that regulates early childhood services and registers schools to improve education and care outcomes for children and young people. Our main functions are: approving early childhood services assessing and rating early childhood services educating and monitoring compliance with the law taking regulatory action in the event of non-compliance registering schools reviewing the registration of schools.
