North Metropolitan Regional Education Office are seeking to establish a pool of Coordinators Regional Operations for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2025 and up to the end of July 2026. The Role The Coordinator Regional Operations provides accurate, high-level and strategic advice to support to the Director and Assistant Directors of Education, as well as schools and their communities across the region. The North Metropolitan Education Region comprises of 255 public schools across a diverse area from Cottesloe to Lancelin and east to Wooroloo The Coordinator Regional Operations helps implement a customer-service focus in the regional office to effectively and efficiently handle enquiries, concerns and complaints, relating to the regional office, schools or the Department in general. Highly developed interpersonal skills are essential to the role, as is a willingness to respond and generate possible resolutions to complex issues. The Coordinator Regional Operations provides a brokerage service that supports communications with schools and central office. This includes delivering timely, high-quality correspondence, including briefings and reports, including Ministerial and executive communications.
