The Role The Manager Organisational Development is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, planning, monitoring and evaluation of organisational development initiatives that actively contribute to improved employee engagement. This role will ensure the culture and capability framework is aligned to future workforce demands and responsive to the organisation’s service requirements. This management position will provide expert advice and guidance regarding best practice initiatives to leaders, managers and teams that will support the growth and uplift of capabilities, promote a positive workplace culture, and increase organisational effectiveness. Collaboration with other leaders to promote a culture which enables us to deliver on our vision and Strategic Plan will be a key focus. This role will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring OD team members and collaborating with the broader People & Culture team to create sustainable programs that deliver on its key priorities.
