We also have a busy outpatient service and rural outreach service and provide more than 900,000 occasions of non-admitted patient care each year. What you'll be doing Our Provisional Fellow will provide effective management of the Neuroradiology service under appropriate supervision. The successful applicant(s) will be expected to participate in all stages of the radiological examination or imaging guided procedures of patients as a medical expert, including advice to clinicians, referral, triaging, consenting, supervision, performance of the examination, reporting, record keeping, timely communication of results and post-procedure management. They will also be expected to regularly present cases at clinical meetings, provide support for multidisciplinary care for patients, and participate in all aspects of the Medical Imaging Department, involving Clinical Radiologists as medical experts, including scholarship, professionalism, teamwork, communication, advocacy and management. This should be in the context of expert knowledge of the safe use of medical imaging devices and associated pharmaceutical agents, understanding the importance of ethical medical practice and patient confidentiality, as well as appreciating the importance of continued professional development, lifelong learning, research and teaching.
