We have a Customer Care Supervisor position available in our busy Stockland Rockhampton retail centre. Based on our concierge desk, you will oversee the daily operations of the Customer Care team, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, 30 hours per week across a Monday – Friday roster. About the Role Supervising a team of 3-4 Customer Care Officers Overseeing the daily operations of the customer care desk Contributing to regular centre management and customer care team meetings Preparing rosters for the customer care desk Maintaining OH&S Standards and procedures and addressing any health, safety or environmental issues Collecting and communicating customer feedback to improve centre design, services, and retail offerings Management of lost property Managing record keeping and report on gift card sales Daily reconciliation of accounts and assisting with financial reporting About You Previous leadership/supervisory experience Proven track record in frontline customer service and administration Adaptable communication skills and confidence in dealing with people Demonstrates professionalism and a positive, proactive approach Flexibility and adaptability Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
