The CEO is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Mid-Level Executive Assistant to streamline their workflow, enhance productivity, and act as a trusted partner in driving strategic priorities. What You’ll Do Calendar & Meeting Mastery: Own the CEO’s complex schedule—prioritise meetings, coordinate across global time zones, and anticipate conflicts. Communication Hub: Draft polished emails, presentations, and reports; screen calls; and serve as a liaison between the CEO and some stakeholders Project Coordination: Track key initiatives, prepare briefing materials, and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met. Travel & Logistics: Arrange seamless domestic/international travel, accommodations, and itineraries. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose solutions. Who You Are Experience: 3–5 years as an EA (tech startup or fast-paced environment preferred). Tech-Savvy: Proficient in G Suite, Slack, Zoom Bonus: Familiarity with Jira & HubSpot Adaptable: Thrive in ambiguity and pivot quickly. Communicator: Exceptional written/verbal skills—you can distill complex ideas into clear messages. Anticipatory: Think three steps ahead to preempt needs.
