The role: The Buyer will be responsible for managing the development, selection, and sourcing of private label products. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure product quality, financial targets, and customer satisfaction are met to support overall sourcing and range strategy. The Buyer will also play a key role in understanding market trends and opportunities to enhance product offerings. Essential Skills & Experience: A minimum 3 years experience as a Buyer in direct Homewares/Furniture sourcing, preferably for Australian retail. A thorough understanding of import supply chain processes. A proven history in identifying and sourcing winning product for private label. Experienced in managing sizeable OTB's. Previous eCommerce experience will be highly regarded. Sound excel skills to maintain a detailed financial buy plan and accurately manage profitability through costs, pricing and margin management to target.
