About the Role: We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator who can hit the ground running. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering consistent work in a friendly and collaborative workshop environment. Responsibilities & Requirements: Proven experience operating a CNC press brake (minimum 1 year) Ability to set up and operate CNC press brake machines with minimal supervision Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Accurately measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Maintain equipment and keep the workspace clean and safe High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Full-time hours – Monday to Friday A supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunities to work on a variety of interesting projects Competitive pay, based on experience If you’re experienced, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you.
