The Client Clear Path Financial Group Pty Ltd in Melbourne is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their progressive team. They are a full scale financial services company, the full time Contract Administrator will be required to share the same vision and high levels of standard. The Role This is a full time role with an annual salary set between $80,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation and is based in Melbourne CBD. The Responsibilities Some tasks may include: Draft, review, and prepare loan agreements, credit contracts, and financial documentation for execution Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards, including NCCP, ASIC, and AML/CTF obligations Monitor contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met Maintain and update contract management systems (CMS) and databases with accurate records Coordinate with legal teams, compliance officers, and credit assessors to resolve contract issues or discrepancies Verify all client and loan information is complete and consistent with approved terms before final contract issuance Liaise with external stakeholders including brokers, legal representatives, and settlement agents Manage the contract approval process, obtaining necessary signatures and authorisations Track contractual obligations, risk clauses, and milestones for renewals, expirations, or amendments Support the onboarding process for new clients by preparing and finalising contract packages Assist internal teams in interpreting contractual terms and resolving client queries Conduct periodic audits to ensure documentation aligns with internal policies and regulatory standards Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management Facilitate amendments, terminations, or renegotiations of contracts in line with business requirements Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and financial data in compliance with privacy laws and company policy The Requirements: Relevant Bachelor degree qualifications in Law, business, or management At least 3 years experience administering and managing contracts within the financial services, lending, or banking industry At least 3 years experience drafting, reviewing, and executing loan agreements, credit contracts, and financial product terms At least 3 years experience ensuring contract compliance with financial regulations, including NCCP, ASIC, AML, and privacy laws At least 3 years experience working with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, credit, and risk management departments At least 3 years experience resolving contract discrepancies, managing amendments, and maintaining accurate contract records Expertise in developing, reviewing, and negotiating organisational service contracts Proficiency in collecting, analysing, and reporting data related to organisational projects and programs Demonstrated ability to successfully undertake duties and achieve agreed objectives within a team environment as well as independently applying own initiative Demonstrate ability to make decisions and act with initiative to identify and resolve problems
