About the role Ripley Specialised Inpatient Services is a state-of-the-art facility that will deliver 90 additional beds in West Moreton as part of Queensland Health's Accelerated Infrastructure Delivery Program. The project will deliver a three-storey facility located on Botany Drive, South Ripley. It is located on the Ripley Health Campus and is co-located with the current Satellite Health Centre. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: High level knowledge and experience working in Operational Services and in the use of appropriate techniques and equipment. Effective interpersonal skills with ability to assist lead and manage a multidisciplinary team. High level of interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively negotiate, consult and build rapport with a range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage departmental changes Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across a range of electronic mediums.
