About You You’re an experienced and detail-focused administrator with a passion for supporting people and culture work. You have: Experience in HR admin, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes Good knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner Great attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities Confidence coordinating onboarding, training, and staff programs Initiative, sound judgment, and a team mindset Solid Microsoft Office and HR system skills (Technology One a plus) You’ll also be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys learning, and is happy to roll up your sleeves to support a busy team.
