About The Role We're looking for a driven Customer Service Team Leader to support the leadership of one of our fast-paced and client-focused service teams. You'll support daily operations, coach your team, and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service to clients across Australia. Reporting to the Manager and Senior Manager Customer Service, you'll play a key role in service delivery, staff performance, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
