Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Operations Specialist to join our local operations team. In this critical role, you'll oversee customs clearance, order fulfilment, vendor and warehouse management, and logistics coordination – ensuring the smooth, compliant, and on-time delivery of products to our customers. What you’ll do: Lead customs clearance and shipment tracking, resolving exceptions swiftly. Manage end-to-end order fulfilment and coordinate closely with the commercial team. Oversee demo unit inventory and third-party warehouse operations. Source and manage logistics and warehousing vendors. Maintain accurate logistics data and documentation. Analyse supply chain metrics to support operational decisions. Drive continuous improvement in logistics and cross-functional processes. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field. 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations (healthcare experience a plus). Proficiency in logistics systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. A hands-on, solutions-driven mindset with attention to detail.
