The Role Due to rapid growth and exciting new projects, Innov8tive Services is seeking an experienced Electronic Security Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology, a dedication to delivering top-tier service, and a proactive attitude. You will work across various commercial environments, including councils, education, and commercial spaces, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electronic security solutions. Key Responsibilities Service, maintenance, and commissioning of intruder systems, access control, IP CCTV, and intercom systems. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective resolutions. Document site works, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements. Uphold high standards of safety and quality in all tasks. About You Eligibility: Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain security clearances if required. Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a customer-focused mindset. Experience: Demonstrated ability to install, service, and fault-find across multiple security platforms. Knowledge: Proficient in IP CCTV installation, networking, and various security platforms, including but not limited to Integriti, Bosch, NX Witness and Milestone. Qualifications: Current VIC Security Licence, driver’s licence, and Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card). Other Requirements: EWP Licence (preferred).
