Contract: 3 Months (Likely Extension) Location: 100% Onsite Availability: Immediate Start Preferred About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to provide Level 2/3 BAU support and assist with project delivery tasks across our enterprise network environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong troubleshooting capability and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-paced IT operations setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for daily network operations including incident resolution, change management, and proactive monitoring. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across LAN/WAN, wireless, and security infrastructure. Support and maintain Meraki and Palo Alto environments including configurations, firmware upgrades, and patching. Assist with Azure network administration , including virtual networks, firewalls, routing, and connectivity to on-prem environments. Work with Meraki APIs to automate tasks and enhance network efficiency. Participate in network-related project tasks , including site deployments, upgrades, and migrations. Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture, configurations, and changes. Collaborate with other infrastructure teams and vendors as needed. Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience in network support and engineering roles. Strong experience with Cisco Meraki solutions (Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN). Experience working with Meraki APIs for scripting and automation. Proficiency with Azure Networking including VPNs, VNETs, NSGs, and routing. Solid hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and security policies. Proven ability to work independently on troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
